I mean… Nobody ever heard or wrote about this before. How come?
This story is incredible, it really is. I am in awe each time I get to see Lia and Silo. They are so real and yet, they seem to be characters of a fantasy world. I close my eyes and remember Lia’s grace and sweetness (...) and then… her husband… God forbid I have these sinful thoughts about him when I remember his face. (...) He has this bright smile and when you talk, you feel he is really listening to you. His eyes watch you, study you, and feel you as you speak and as he gets whatever you’re saying. He is special. And so is Lia. They are both such open-minded people, ready to show you their world and explain what you don’t understand.
Are they for real?
I first met Lia and Silo Idan when I was in the Eurostar, going from Paris to London to spend the week with my sister Rebecca. I had thought I knew all of London and ran away to Paris to start my life over. I needed new challenges.
Okay, I could go Down Under in Sydney or go to the New World and try a new life in the Big Apple. But truth is I wanted to start a new life, but not far away from my old one. It was security.
I was trying to read the novel of a guy that was unknown to the public when I came across their unusual talk. Mind you, I don’t listen to other people’s conversation nor do I stare, but at that moment, I felt I was in another world… »
